Begowal Village

Begowal is a small town of Kapurthala district. This village is situated 31 Kilometers North of Kapurthala City. Begowal has a big Grain Market. It also has many Educational Institutions. The One fair which people enjoy very much is celebrated on the Barsi of Sant Baba Prem Singh Jee at Dera Sant Baba Prem Singh Jee. The mela is celebrated on 2nd & 3rd June every year, But this mela starts from 20th May and goes upto 3rd, June. From Begowal near about 2 kms away, there is Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib situated in Village JABOWAL.
