Nadala is
well-known Town of Kapurthala District in Punjab state. This Town is
21kms from Kapurthala city. It is situated on Kapurthala Tanda highway.

The
previous name of Nadala Town was “NATAN WALA”. Why we say it Natan wala?
Because the first merchants of this Town were Natan wale. Almost people
who live here basically came from other villages. During the time of
partition, there was nothing e.g. No one market, shops, roads etc.
Gurudwara Shri Bowli Sahib
This Town
is very famous on the basis of Sikh History. At that place, the Sixth
Guru of Sikh religion Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji stayed for two nights and
three days after the battle of Kartarpur. (Now in Jalandhar district) at
that place the Historical Gurudwara’s constructed e.g. Gurudwara Shri
Bowli Sahib and Gurudwara Sahib in the memory of Sixth Guru Sikh
Religion) at the place “AMAVASYA” (Without moon light night) celebrate
with full devotion and faith. The founder of Gurudwara Shri Bowli Sahib
is late. Baba Massa Singh.
Due to the
significant of these Historic values Nadala became popular and people
came from big cities and settle their business here. This Town is
directly connected by road with different districts. Mostly people who
live here are NRIs. The Raja Sansi International Airport from here about
48 kms ahead.
Many
people are very famous in games & sports e.g. “Pritam Singh Preeta” an
International Kabbaddi player is one of them.
All
facilities are here like that private and government Schools, private
and government Hospitals, Banks and Shopping Malls etc. In Nadala Town
the Apex Hospital and Gurbaksh Singh Memorial Hospital are main. On the
other hand, Educational Institutions play a Vital role in the progress
of Nadala Town. The main Educational Institutions are Shri Guru
Hargobind Senior Secondary School and government Senior Secondary
School.
There is a
Muslim place known as “Peer Baba Lakhan da Datta” is very famous.
Cultural programmes and high level Sports competition in the month of
November.
In the
Town some Societies and Clubs have constructed like that Shri Guru Arjun
Dev Sewa Society, Baba Massa Singh Sports Club, Rotary Club, Anti-
corruption Society, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Mission etc. are famous. These
are giving timely contribution.
The
speciality of this Town is that there are cheap commodities available
than city because this Town is not under any Octroi & Committee system.
Due to it, there is a huge crowd of buyers and sellers all time. In the
market side, the Bowli Sahib road Market and Sahi market are famous. In
short, we can say that the Nadala is an up coming Town in the near
